Even by car travelling to Euromax and MOT/Gate Terminal is traveltime increased by 15 minutes !!!
But this was already since summer 2013.

There is still access to the Maasvlakte. They still fishers & photographers there as a can see from the ships.

Best way is the south side of the Amazonehaven (Missouriweg). Only west has access by public place for inland barges. On google earth where are the construction workers pontoons on the far west of the harbour.

Same applies to Euromax terminal south side only via public quay Antaricakade (Antaricaweg).

Also possible is good view vessel entering Europahaven/Yangtzekanaal on the end of the Markweg. End of the road take roundabout to left and drive towards  the radarscanner. This on the east side of the Beerkanaal and nice in the morning time.

Same problem with carcarrier L'Audace.
Is also mentioned on in several ways.

see:
http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=961845

when clicking on title: L'Audace the search engine will come back with no photos found.

This minor problem exist already some years.
Let the team first sort out the major things and give them some time.. Smiley

Hello John,

An other good place is near the 'old' southern breakwater/lighthouse (prinses Maxima weg).
There also the bigships to europoort/maasvlakte are passing.
Only problem is faraway from the living places.

In the morning time also the end of the Markweg (next to the pilot office) is a good place for the ships to Maasvlakte. (but no high point)

Hi Ibrahim,

Just use the advanced search option.
To get you started:

The following ships are owned by the Iraqi Government:

http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/search.php?search_owner=Iraq%20Government%20-%20Baghdad,%20Iraq

The 2 dredger you see are flying the iragi flag and not the dutch as mentioned.
