Not showing any issues here - I am using AdBlock Plus so maybe the issue is manifesting through an ad?

McAfee gives the site a clean bill of health.

I'm not local but have been up there a couple of times. There are public roads along the entrance which give some views into the port, along Town wall is good.

Turning off java for the site in Chrome settings appears to have resolved the issue for me for now, Malewarebytes no longer popping up every few seconds and no processor overload.

How do you know that its coin-hive (Manero) causing your problem if its not been detected? Malwarebytes is blocking 5 million "attacks" a day.

Because malwarebytes blocks the outgoing connection to coin-hive sites....

Just a quick point, I have run AdBlock plus for quite some time but still suffered with this trojan - however all scans with McAfee and Malwarebytes found no issues on my system.

I have reset my system to an earlier restore point, run McAfee and Malwarebytes checks (nothing found) confirmed AdBlock Plus still working. I will not however open any photo pages until it has been confirmed that this issue has been resolved. There isn't an issue with this forum page if accessed directly, the issue only seems to be on any page with images (main page, photos, and your own photo pages) so I suspect somehow embedded in image viewing code?

Hope this helps.

Virus scan (McAfee and Malwarebytes) finds nothing, Chrome cleared and reset but still get this issue from home page. Malwarebytes blocks multiple outward events while processor goes full ahead. Sad Adblock plus in use.

Only happens on photo pages.

I have to admit I am very happy with the FZ1000 - has to be one of the best bridge cameras available. I tend to shoot in aperture priority mode - even at 100iso I still get good shutter speeds - I find digital cameras seem to be a lot more tolerant of slower shutter speeds than film cameras were.

I have a Panasonic FZ1000 which shoots at 20+mp resolution. I use Corel Paintshop Pro x8 to reduce the image size down to the minimum specs (1152x768) for uploading on to here, keeping the master image at full size should it be needed elsewhere.
