Very pleased for you, that's a fantastic outcome.
I cannot seem to view the photo you attached to your first post.
Is it due to Admin policy of not showing people or crew?

One of the six photos by Leo Johannes has a comment by Acrop. He seems to know everything there is to know about Greek shipowners and gives the owner of the Kriti Ruby.
Maybe there is a lead there or he may be able to help you further.
Wish you every success in your quest.

One thing I would say that with a good telescope it's easy to read ships names, there never seems to be any shimmer.
Enjoy your stay.

Many thanks davidships ,interesting exercise.
From Enterprise's recent tracking she does not appear to have been involved, she must be on patrol duties,no others showing.

Wondered if anyone can confirm if she is on illegal immigrant patrol duties in the English Channel, rather than research/survey.
I think she must be from her recent tracks, have not seen anything in the press though.

Hello Bob
From very distant memories I can't recall the tune it was sung to,don't think it was any of the usual Scottish sing-a-longs!
14  Shipspotters all over the world / Shipping News and information / Company songs sung by their crews on: December 10, 2018, 08:00:50 pm
Prompted by Malim Sahib's comment on "Chakrata".
Remember the following sung by "Hungry Hogarths",Baron Line crews.
Don't think they can come better than this.

As I was wandering round the docks
A looking at the ships
I saw the Baron Cawdor
Underneath the tips
I asked the skipper for a job
He said "you'll do me fine"
Theres plenty jobs for bums & stiffs in the good old Baron Line.

The mate was from Iona
The skipper from Dundee
The bosun & the chippie from across the Irish Sea
The sailors from the Mersey
The firemen from the Tyne
You've never seen such a xxxxx crew till you've sailed with the Baron Line.

The cook he was from Senegal
The steward from Tyree
We had mutton for our dinner
And curry for our tea
The mates they got the bacon
The crew we got the rind
You've never seen starvation lads
Till you've sailed with the Baron Line.

Ye may have sailed in sailing ships,ye may have sailed in tramps
Ye may have been in whalers, off the Grand Newfoundland Banks
Ye may have been in tankers, and had a rough old time
But ye've never been through mill till ye've sailed with the Baron Line.

Does anyone remember others, don't suppose they are sung any more?
