Hi,

MS Delphin doesn't have engine problems.
The court of the city of Nice took the boat because the company has debts.
The boat stopped in Villefranche sur mer's bay with 300 crew members on board since Friday September the 24th 2010.
Regards

Hello,

According to a local newspaper, amount of the debts is 2,4 millions and the ship could stay anchored at Villefranche until the decision of the court but date is unknown.
