Title: 'Rise Shine' ran aground in Vostok Bay

The 'Rise Shine' ran aground in the morning of Nov 9, 2021, at 5.02 a.m. in the Vostok Bay west of Nakhodka in stormy weather. The vessel had come from the port of Ningbo and was destined to the port of Vostochny in Primorye. After its arrival off the port of Vostochny it had anchored in the roadstead. Due to the approaching cyclone, the vessel was sent to Vostok Bay, where the vessel anchored in order to wait out the storm. But then it began to drift at anchor. It finally ran aground near Cape Kozin. The engine room was flooded, and there is a crack in thhe hull but its fuel tanks remained intact.
