Title: vessel SHASHI PUTHA 3

i seen this vessel on marine traffic off the coast of newfoundland and it said it's a fishing vessel but i can't find much info on the vessel besides what marine traffic has or pics, just looking for more info or pics of the vessel

While SHASHI PUTHA 3 certainly existed as a Sri Lankan fishing vessel (at least between 2011 and 2015, per FAO), as a 17gt 10.8m vessel she is not likely to be fishing off Newfoundland. 
Also note that the MMSI ("146") has been incorrectly programmed (and maybe the call-sign, though "4S" is an allocated prefix for Sri Lanka).
Perhaps a phantom - or something up to no good.
