Title: Can you identify this ship

Located on the Great Lakes early 1960's.  Does not seem to be a Wallenius ship.  Could be a chartered vessel?

This looks like the 1958 built CECILIA FALKLAND (IMO 5260942), which later became DSR's ODER (in 1962).
