Title: What is the difference between motor yacht and a houseboat?
Post by: csaba on July 22, 2019, 04:35:13 AM
I took few photos of motor yachts lately and on the Equasis they are called houseboats. Why is that so? What exactly is a houseboat? I have never heard that term regarding what is commonly known as yacht. There are people here in Vancouver that live on what they call houseboat which is a floating house in the local marina. SS also does not have a category of "houseboats", just motor yacht. I am a bit confused about this.
Many thanks for explanation  :)

I have also noticed this, Equasis also calls this one a "houseboat"

I'm making some enquiries about this.
No doubt in my mind that we will ignore it.
