There has been a phase in my life where I was sometimes involved in trying to convince shipowners that they had options to improve the environment and avoid large scale pollution. The arguments now brought forward by the ex-Euronav man remind me very much of what I had to listen to back then. (and which turned out to be Dinosaur language.)

Visual aspect of scrubbers - to us shipspotters I suppose an environmental eyesore !
