According Ghana web tanker Alice spilts in two near Tema. see:
https://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/Oil-tanker-vessel-splits-into-two-at-Tema-Port-656933

This looks an old European inland tanker to me.
I know some old inland vessels sold to Nigeria and Ghana in the past.
According Dutch rules they are not allowed to go to sea.

Does some one recognise this vessel? Is it really an inland vessel?

Built 1974 at Vahali-Yardin Ghent for Mercator Scheepvaartbedrijf (H.A.Theuns) in Zwijndrecht as „Pacific“, 3106 ts (EU-No.: 2007252). 1976 renamed „Aldebaran“ for De Haas Damco Scheepvbaartbedrijf in Rotterdam, 1977 renamed „Nedlloyd 90“ for Nedlloyd Riijn en Binnenvaart in Rotterdam, 1988 renamed Pacific” for Heuvelman Shipping & Trading in Krimpen upon Lek, 1990 renamed „Ino“ for Kooren Scheepvaartbedrijf in Rozenburg. 2012 sold to Nigeria, renamed „Alice“.

All looks very suspicious.
Probably this one:
https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:4049994/mmsi:684775641/vessel:ALICE (https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:4049994/mmsi:684775641/vessel:ALICE)
But I don't think that "684" MMSI numbers have been allocated to any country, and although J5 call-signs belong to Guilnea-Bissau "J524" are not in the usual format.

Ghana press claims ship is Bahamas flag, though that may not be genuine either.
