Titan Glory is due to visit Fawley in next couple of weeks, I will try to give better timings later, currently transitting the Med, then got to go to Rotterdam or Le Harve first, then if orders do not change, should come to Fawley.

Hi Spanner
Thanks for the heads up. There appear to have been very few crude deliveries during the last few weeks. Are the tanks full and demand down ?
Allan
-
Yes I think demand is down, but also the refinery has changed its products being produced. It has mothballed part of plant, which was used for heavy products like Fuel Oil as profit less on these products and is producing more Gasoil/Diesel as worldwide demand for Petrol deceases and greater profit in Gasoil. The result is less demand on crude, but on the plus side there is more imports of Naptha ( a product used to make Petrol) and Vacumn Gasoil which is a feed stock for the Cat Cracker. There doesn't appear to be the demand for Petrol for the States at the moment with less shipments, not sure whether this is because Refinery not producing so much or just less demand from USA.

Titan Glory is currently pencilled in to berth Thursday 9th evening tide approx 2300. But she is still in Le Harve so this is subject to change.
-
Thank you Spanner, we do appreciate the updates re VLCCs.

Hi Spanner
I assume that Horizon Diana was not offloading crude oil, was it more avgas ?
Allan
-
Horizon Diana did discharge Crude. Titan Glory has arrived at anchorage, but the weather at the moment is pretty dire and wouldn't be surprised if was cancelled until at least next high tide, which would be around midday Friday.
-
Hi Spanner
many thanks
Allan
-
Looks like it is booked for 2310 tonight at the moment, but it is very windy, wouldn't be surprised if can't get pilot onboard.
-
Likewise many thanks for the 'heads up' Spanner, looking forward to seeing her.

Ais show her Tug attached and she is inbound, on time for berthing this evening. Could still abort if too windy, but looking unlikely. Tough breed those Pilots!
-
Another Leo Glory to appear very soon, I think it is Le Harve at moment
-
Leo Glory is not currently showing on AIS but VTS have it listed as 16th @ 23:59 (VTS code for "sometime, well maybe).
-
Hi Kelvin, we now have a VTS choice for Fawley berth 5 on the 16th Drepanos, Leo Glory (still heading for Antifer due 05.00 15th) ,& Matterhorn Spirit.
-
Wouldn't it make a nice photo if they all came in together? Preferably stacked!
I see Drepanos is optimistically reckoning on arriving at 03:00; Leo Glory reckons on 05:00 at Antifer and Matterhorn Spirit is lying in wait at the Nab.
It's tanker bingo!
-
My understanding is Drepanos will be the first to berth on 16th pm. The Nab is awash with Crude carriers at the moment, Titan Glory, Matterhorn Spirit, Alfa Italia, Drepanos to join soon.

Leo Glory has arrived at anchorage and at the the moment is pencilled in to berth Monday morning around 0600/20
-
Leo Glory is booked to berth 0740/20

Leo Glory is booked to berth 0740/20
I went for a quick drive along Weston Shore early evening on Monday and noticed a VLCC at Fawley so it must have been the Leo Glory, she did stand out I have to say!

good to see the mutual bond here..
