Can anyone advise of a good spot for shipspotting in Vlissingen or nearby?

Hi Goran, Vlissingen is at the north bank of the Western Scheldt, so only in the early  morning you have the sun with you on the Boulevards of the city. Untill 11.00h.

At the end of the afternoon the little village of Ritthem, just east of Vlissingen provides a good opportunity to shoot all trafic comming downriver.
Ritthem, Zeedijkweg.

The photo's in my album shot on August 18th are from the beach in front of the boulvards, early morning.
The photos dated August 2nd are taken at Ritthem zeedijk and Boulevard (near the pilot harbour) in the evening.

Google maps can help you visualize the locations.

Search for Google Maps and type Zeedijkweg, Ritthem.

Thanks to Stan and Ron for your advice. Found Zeedijkweg without any problems, though unfortunately there was not much activity that day. Anyway it is a very nice place for shipspotting.
