Does anyone have any info about a collision at Immingham involving Alexander Tvardovskiy, UKD Bluefin, and Wilson Hawk?  The MAIB have it listed as a current investigation and it appears to have occurred on 1 August 2012 but I can find nothing more on it anywhere on the web.

Basically Wilson Hawk was exiting the locks into Immingham Dock, when she collided with UKD Bluefin, which was waiting in the centre of the dock to take the return pen out into the river. As a result of this collision UFD Bluefin subsequently collided with the Russian ship which was berthed adjacent to the locks. Relatively minor damages to all three. Exact cause of initial collision subject of investigation, but indications are some sort of power failure on one of the vessels.
