Hi all...

The other day Michel Guesdon from France contacted me after seeing my pictures of the FLOTTBEK of May 1st on this website. It turns out he was on the outside deck of the ship and saw himself on the photograph. The picture can be found here: http://www.shipspotting.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=404744

He has a blog that talks about his trip from Liverpool to Montreal and can be seen at :

http://www.michelcargo.canalblog.com/

Any pictures or information of this ship that corresponds to that itinerary at the beginning of May 2007 (Westbound) would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Steve Geronazzo ... for Michel Guesnard

Hi Steve,

I guess one of you will have to learn a second language!!! Wink

In Canada we are lucky because 400 years ago your ancestors as well as Michel's came to found our nation... and we are bilingual now.

:-P  A shame?   :-P

Like Steve says, most of us (Quebec, that is ...) are bilingual.

Salut mon ami! :-D

Steve, a friend of my daughter is getting info on doing that trip from Montreal to Liverpool to 'parfait' his english. I've bugged the poor 19 y-o guy so much with my ship photos and this community that he seems to want to try that out

Hi Laurent,

I would like to do that myself... maybe I'll wait when I'm retired. If your daughter's friend actually does go on ship let me know... I'll take pictures!
