Possibly ERTEPELLER EU 08060011 but none too sure. Can't find G&M company? common to both.
Possibly Van de Graaf & Meeusen Rivertransport . One of their fleet of 7 pushers?

Bjorn's suggestion looks a very good fit. From the Van de Graaf website viewed from the port side it looks different so that put me off suggesting Phoenix. https://vdgm.nl/duwboten/   ..pusher pictures.

Thanks but Bjorn deserves the credit. Team effort and I know more about the pushers I photo'd at Antwerp http://kelvindavies.co.uk/kelvin//details.php?image_id=6733
